By
Services for Real Estate Pros with HouseLens: Video Marketing for Real Estate

Today is all about HouseLens news--we have some exciting things going in!

First, remember my recent series of posts on social media? Well, HouseLens is practicing what we preach! You can now find us on all the major social media platforms, either as HouseLens or under the umbrella of our parent company, VideoLens. Here's where you can find us:

HouseLens on Facebook

VideoLens on Facebook

VideoLens on Twitter (use the link or search for @videolenstv, #houselens)

We're also working on a LinkedIn company page that you can follow for industry updates and insights.

Social media will be the place to get the latest updates on what's happening at HouseLens and VideoLens, as well as lots of other fun and informative content. We hope you'll come and join the conversation!

Second, we've been growing so much that we're literally bursting at the seams—so we're moving to a newer, bigger space that will make it easier for us to serve our customers' needs. We'll still be in the Nashville area, but we'll be moving in from the suburbs to a spot just outside downtown.

As I mentioned last week, Nashville is one of the nation's hottest cities right now. And with the music industry so deeply rooted here, the creative vibe is amazing. We're really looking forward to getting a bit closer to all that action.

The most exciting feature of our new space, however, isn't the location--it's the custom-designed video/photo studio with green-screen capabilities. We'll be using the studio ourselves, of course, but it will also be available for rent. Professional bios, music videos (we are in Music City), and commercials are just some of the types of video we anticipate filming there.

We're still a few weeks away from having it all ready for the public, but check out these photos of the work in progress.

This is what it looked like before we got started on the renovations:

And this is what it looks like now. So far, we've raised the ceiling to help with lighting, and added insulation to help with sound recording and energy costs. The friendly guys in the photo are (L-R) me, Director of Photography Antony Boshier, founder and CEO Andrew Crefeld, and Director of Operations Jeff Graham.

If you're in Nashville, we hope you'll stop by and see us once we're in our new space. This new office, and many other things we've got going on behind the scenes, are thanks to a $500,000 angel investment we recently received. We're really looking forward to all the ways this investment is going to help us better connect with and serve you!
