CHMS: Certified Home Marketing Specialist means I have take classes to understand the marketing of your Texoma home and how to get it out to potential buyers in an effective manner.
CHNS: Certified New Home Specialist means I have taken classes on the process of selling New homes.
RCC: Residential Construction Certified means I have taken classes on the process of construction of a home to better understand what to look for in the building process.
BROKER Although this is the first credential behind my name this is the one that we will discuss last. I am a Broker which means to you as a seller my education level as per the TEXAS REAL ESTATE COMMISSION is at the highest level, I have taken classes and passed the state exam to be able to run my own Brokerage.
