When I buy a product or service from a company, I like to feel confident in my purchase. And one of the ways I ensure confidence in the company is to find out as much as I can about their history. Knowing where a company started, their track record of results, and who their management is are very important to me.
I think a lot of this stems from a basic human desire for trust. Why would you ever want to buy somethign from an entity that you didn't trust? Knowledge is power...and it is the first stept to trust!
In this vein, I have worked to structure my own company's marketing in such a way to provide trust and information. Check out our NCF Story page, for example. I personally explain my thoughts on credit repair, the industry, and try to add a personal touch to my company.
