We create video tours for our listings. Here's our most recent tour of a great beach home across from the bluff on Neptune Avenue in Leucadia. I just got it done today (Feb. 16). The home has great ocean views. AND, if you like little dogs, the Corgi in this video is too cute. He acted almost as though he understood Margaret's commentary (watch the video and you'll see what I mean). For those in the PHOTOGRAPHY group, if you think I should remove it from the group, let me know....I just thought you might find it fun to see some of the other stuff that we do.
Feel free to post your comments. If you think it should be shorter, I appreciate where you are coming from, but our market is a bit different than other markets. People drive into town and travel along Neptune and other main roads, taking brochures. On our brochures, we put a DVD with the video on it. Most people usually appreciate the length of the video because it means that they get to preview the property when they get home. So, I realize that the length of the video may be more than what many want to watch in an online format. But, because we design for DVD distribution, the videso are longer and the streaming is just a bonus.

John - Beautifully done, as with everything you and Margaret do.
For my taste, the panning is a bit fast. As you describe your use for this type of file (dvd for distribution to folks who may be out of town) I would suggest that you prepare either an introduction or a separate clip that provides stock footage for the area that you might use for all listings in the area.
I like the musical interludes for transitions, yet Margaret is not competing with music for her narration. You could extend music into segments where you are panning around the rooms and Margaret is not speaking. What program do you use for editing audio and video.
All things considered, another lovely Hokkanen production - as always.
