Hey guys I am fairly new to the rain and just joined the group and I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Orville McCallister and I am a Realtor with Keller Williams in Temecula CA.   I just bought a Pc tablet and I want to do the signatures on the screen but cant figure out how.  I downloaded winforms I did the desktop so I did not have to be live on the net to use it.  I downloaded docusign but got a thing that you can email forms and they click to sign.  Where do I go to solve this problem?  What am I doing wrong?

Orville,

The best thing you can do is purchase Real Estate Dashboard from VREO.  You can see a demo for it on VREO.com.  It is very cool software and very affordable service.  I use it all the time to have clients complete disclosures and contracts.  Docusign only allows you to execute signatures and it isn't an easy process.  Dashboard will allow you or your client to wite on the documents just as if they were writing on a piece of paper.  So, they can complete the TDS, you can write you comments on page three, etc.  It comes with an efax number so you can email or fax copies of the documents right to your client at the time they execute them, and they continually synch everything with their server so you have constant back up.  That way, if you drop your tablet or it crashes, you don't lose all you documents.
