Our newest market center, KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY Louisville EAST is "Up and Running !"

A shifting market requires shifting your education into HIGH GEAR, and that was the central theme of this year's KELLER WILLIAMS Real Estate Convention in Atlanta.  We raced from seminar to seminar (along with 8300 fellow KELLER WILLIAMS agents), eager to learn new and proven strategies that will continue to set us apart as the AGENTS OF CHOICE and power us through a sluggish market. 

Recapping the shift in the real estate market, Gary Keller, co-founder and chairman of KELLER WILLIAMS Realty, urged us to seize upon the opportunity to thrive in our current market.  Keller said that for agents who are determined to "stand strong" and build market share during the shift, opportunities are wide open.  "Become a productivity warrior and a market maker; know that there is enough available business for you to achieve your goals, and become the local economist of choice."

For Jerry and me, we couldn't be more thrilled to be with such a company of vision.  While other major companies are losing agents, KELLER WILLIAMS' numbers continue to grow.  We are over 76,000 agents strong, number 4 in the nation, and coming up fast on number 3 !  The education opportunites are phenomenal, and we are already a force to be reckoned with in Louisville.  We have just opened our second market center in Louisville, and painting the town RED one sign at a time!

We have come home invigorated and pumped!  We're very optimistic about 2008, and refuse to let anything, even a slow-down in the market, keep us from maintaining our momentum!
