The Las Vegas foreclosure market has not seen the magnitude of foreclosures in high rise condos that it is experienceing in single family homes and some mid rises. Although we are now seeing a few short sales in Panorama towers, and the Signature at MGM Grand, we only have 1 foreclosure listed in Metropolis and 1 in Turnberry Place Tower 3.

The Metropolis foreclosure is a beauty. The siaze and price poer sqaure ft. are a screaming buy in the current Las Vegas high rise condo market. not to mention the beautiful views of the Las Vegas strip in the background, with WYNN golf course views in the foreground. At the asking price of $750k for over 2500 sq. ft. this is a solid deal.
Turnberry Place Tower 3 is currently in construction defect litigation, so getting financing will be very challenging. The new Fontainebleau Hotel and Casino is currntly being constructed behind Tower 3, and until it is farther along its way, I would imagine that buyers should be wary of taking the plunge for any of the lower floor units in that tower. The bank has its challenges in moving this luxury condo - but there is a price for everything! Our prediction is that this Turnberry Condo Foreclosure will sit on the market for awhile. Who knows wheret he price will bottom ? Is this one a great deal - not yet!
