Thanks for the comment Jason. Please let your friend know about the listing. Maybe another friend may want to move there. As for winter, it is always much nicer in pictures than in real life. It has been cold and snowy here. Icy rain last night and more rain today. It must be nice to be out there in Sunny California.

That's terrific- I am a dog lover too as you can see I have my baby also in my Active Rain photo!!

The condo looks great and by the way- the hardwood floors really look terrific too!! That should be a nice selling point. Most of the condos around here are wall to wall but when there are a few that pop up with hardwood floors- they go quickly.
