Emphasis on luxury is not a bad idea, and an important niche.

However, Most RE listings do not lend themselves to video due to expense involved and the competitive nature of commissions in the marketplace.

Photographic virtual tours are affordable, high-quality, easily aggregated and distributed on the web and they are the choice of the consumer.

Thanks for stopping by as always. I did have a look as you asked. Since I cant delete your link without deleting your comment,  I'll assume that it's ok to share the results with the readers of my blog since you brought it up.

16 Shurts Road (NJ):  See For Yourself  (Trulia has the listing in the search results; Obeo doesnt)

166 Dezenzo Lane (NJ): See For Yourself (Craigslist and a number of others have it listed but where is the Obeo tour?)

1538 Drury Ct (WI): See for Yourself and See For Yourself Again (though right in the state where I believe you work, not a single Obeo tour in the Google listings - in fact, there is nothing at all in the search results for this listing)

These are just representative search samplings using the same text as in the virtual tour.  I think that when you stopped by last time I looked at 30 listings and only 1 appeared but in the supplemental results. I didnt have the patience to do that this time.
