Checking the stats for the Cowlitz County real estate market is definitely clear that the market is picking up, as usual does every year after slow December and January. At the beginning of this month I posted the stats for January and there were only 38 homes pending at that time, now two weeks later the homes under contract (pending and STI) have more than double to 93.

Cowlitz, I always like hearing the positives in the market. I know there is hope. I am getting a lot of want to look first then list and help buy. I know it all takes time, but I need a sale in 6 months also. Keep up the good work

Susan, I think we all have those by the fance (buyers and sellers) waiting to see what the market does. Its good to see things are moving a little more and with spring coming up we should see more action hopefully everywhere.
