A thought to add:  I recently read a great article which was quite thought provoking and enlightening, a way to help inspire Real Estate Professionals who do not see results in their efforts fast enough. 

The 90-Day Rule!!!! by Patti Brotherton, Realty Times

The article started like this Whatever you are doing right now, today, will affect your business in 90 Days.  So if you have been prospecting for two hours a day, the fruitation of your hard work will pay off in 90 Days. Again this article came from Realty Times

Talking with associates especially in their first year of business, I remind them what they do their first year in real estate will have a direct impact on their entire career.  Market, Self Promote and get in front of the public.  Prospect, Prospect Prospect and remind your sphere and everyone else around you that you are Real Estate, no one else. 

Remember today we plant the seeds, now its the hours worked, tomorrow comes the harvest.  What will the next 90 days bring you, weeds or Fruit??????????

Midori - I missed Patti's article in Realty Times, but Mike Ferry has had a saying for many years to the effect of "what you do today is a direct result of what you did 60 days ago".  60 days, 90 days, they're both so true!

I am currently working with a newer agent who's production was fair last year, one of the things I emphasized and said was everything she did last year will come to fruitation her second year.  Well she is doing pretty good for the month of January 2 new listings and a sale.

Shane- To me a breakthrough and we all have them.  Congrats..... Anything that I can ever do to help with your success please let me know!!!  Right now I am running a great program for a small group of agents wanting to get to the next level, it's grueling but fun but the best part is that since they have all been in the program now for 7 weeks their production shows the extra efforts again its the fruitation of what they have been doing the past 7 weeks.  Thanks Shane for the comments, I really appreciate them!!!!
