Very welcome! I used to use Broadgun PDF machine, but newer versions added watermarks and force you to buy it.  When will these companies learn.  Anyway, this 'doPDF' puppy is free and clear, with the added bonus of being pretty darn fast.

Thanks for the great tool!  Have you posted this to the "Free Tools for Real Estate Agents" group too?

Tina - Very welcome!  And, I am restricted to 5 groups when I try to add anymore than 5.  I can't post it to any more and get a red warning message.  Is that a setting?  Restriction?  Not sure as I am new to blogging on AR.

Hi Nick - that's pretty cool, especially with no strings.  Yesterday I was going to download some email stationary and Windows Defender popped up with 2 warnings for adware, so I aborted the idea.  To answer your question about posting to 5 groups - that's the max allowed for the recently newbies :-(  Sorry.

Thanks Gail!  I was thinking it was something like that....being a new member.  Heh...I suppose I'll just have to stay 'Active' so I can gain that privilege!

As for your Windows Defender, yup...it works pretty well.  When it comes to downloading little tools like this or add-ons, I really try to stick to sites like DOWNLOAD.COM, which scans and checks their software for such spyware nonsense.

Hi Nick- None of us new people can post to more than 5 groups.  When A/R first started and there were many less members, they could post to as many groups as they wished.  Only those initial members retain that right, it's not a privilege you or I can earn.  But that's OK, this is still a pretty amazing playform, I mean platform :-)

Heh..well all nuts!  I guess 5 is good enough for now!  It just means I need to post more!!  ;-)

Thanks,

I use pdf995 and it works great as well.  Everyone should have a pdf printer installed on their computers!
