Thurston County Monday Morning BuySell Sheet Statistics

The Monday Morning Buy Sell Sheet is intended to be somewhat a snapshot of the vital statistics of the
Thurston County Real Estate Market. If you look at just one week you can gather a lot of interesting data
and create for yourself a fairly accurate picture of what is going on today.

You can learn even more when you collect the Buy Sell Sheets from week to week to week and identify the
trends. Combine this weekly snapshot with the Thurston County Market Update monthly report and
one can get a very clear picture of activity by price range, age and location.

The first column below is # of new listings in the last seven days. Residential homes, both new construction
and resale. The second column is the number of homes that went Pending in the last seven days.
And the right column reveals an absorption rate percentage.

When the column to the right is above 55% that indicates a healthy amount of buying activity.
Between 45% and 55% is a relatively balanced market. And below 45% means that buying is slow
compared to the number of new listings.

Here are my thoughts for the day:

ALL markets are a GOOD market. Today, REAL ESTATE IS ON SALE AND MONEY IS HISTORICALLY CHEAP!
Donald Trump has not purchased real estate for the last seven years and today he is buying! Hmmm.

This information is indeed showing a new market trend especially for the 250,000-400,000 price range! 

I would love to get this information chart that you have for this week! I am working to get my goals realized!
