Here we are in mid February and the market is starting to pick up.  As I talk to the loan officers I do business with, not only are they seeing an increase in the number of pre quals, they are also sending over more title exam requests. 

As apring approaches, I thought the market would pick up as the number of people who have been waiting to buy finally decide they are ready.  It seems to be moving alongs a little earlier than I thought.
