Yes, all of the designations after your name are good to have, but, the real good part of the courses is the information that you have to serve your clients more professionally.  I have taken classes locally at the Connecticut Association of Realtors, from classes offered by the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors and signed up for more that offer financing, structure and economics, too.  All of them have helped me to rise above the rest and become a trusted advisor to my clients.

I, also, participate on local boards in the town where I live and in the towns where I do business.  The information they offer on local topics is wonderful.  My clients are truly amazed at some of my tips and some even join in on the volunteer jobs with me.  Offering a sense of community is very strong.  Having education about real estate, financing and becoming involved and aware of local community happenings are good tools to have to offer your clients.
