Well this week we left Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and began a new adventure with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. in Devon. Why change companies you may ask? Good question.

The answer is that each company has their own way of doing business, some are very rigid, others are more flexible. Having had my own business for a long time, and knowing I am primarily an entrepreneur the rigid format is quite frustrating, it allows very little room to meet customer needs. Long & Foster Real Estate Inc will allow us that flexibility to offer Full Service at Discount Broker Prices. It allows us to get outside of the box and find new and innovative ways to meet customer demands. It also allows us to move in the same direction as our clients rather than trying to stop them or stand in their way. We can now get on board with them. That is liberating and I am excited about what the coming year will hold.
