Before you visit a home builder and start the process of building a home here in the Pocnos, consult with a buyers' agent like myself, first. There is no cost to you and I will be able to advise you about the pros and cons of building here in the Poconos, talk to you about reputable builders, why you should never call them about their ads and much more. In certain instances, I may be able to save you money and/or get certain options for you either free or at a reduced cost. You rights are better protected when you use a buyers' agent.
