Kansas City Real Estate Bloggers Social Event

Networking is key for real estate agents everywhere. And while there have been blogger get-togethers that I know of in San Diego, and Los Angeles and Clearwater I have yet to see one here in Kansas City. So unilaterally I am setting up a get-together.

Kansas City Real Estate Bloggers Event

When: Thursday, February 28th 6:30-8:30 pm
Where: 810 Zone on The Plaza (I live in Olathe, but I thought this would be central. We'll move it around in the future.

While everyone may not be in to sports, it's a large bar that has a lot of fun things to do. If you want to eat, there are eats. If you are a drinker, there are drinks. If you just want a Coke or a coffee, they have that, too.

I read everybody's work. Now I'd like to meet you in person. Especially you Fran! Thanks for the referrals!!!!

Oh! And by the way. This is not exclusive to active|rain bloggers. If you know of a real estate blogger on a different forum, invite them! We should all meet...at least once.

Ok, I put it in my calendar... we're suppose to leave the next morning for a couple of days away, let me talk w/ hubby and see what we can do! :)

I will try to drag Don over with me - sports are a plus - but this is the same night as the Pitch's real estate advertisers event - I think theirs is a little earlier so maybe we can do theirs early for free food and then join you guys for a few beverages.

I will not be able to make the 28th. I live in St. Louis but am in KC about every three weeks. The next time I am in town is March 6th. I will be in Overland Park soing seminars for an auctioneer and a title company. Would still love to meet you. Greg

My apologies... we've chewed this over and we need to leave really early the 29th, so this just isn't going to work for us.

I feel really bad since I was "highlighted" in the original post and I'm sure I would keep you totally in stitches and entertain everyone the entire evening (LOL) but we'll have to catch up on the next one.

Wow, Fran. I simply cannot believe you won't cancel or postpone your vacation to meet with us. Sigh. :)

How was the meeting? Hopefully I'll make the next one. Unfortunately I had to miss the one that was held only a couple miles from my house, I'm sure next time I wont be so lucky on location.

Michael - we did have a good time. I even had a couple of clients that met me out there. Anyway, hope to see you at the next one.
