Reserve Asset Program

Senderra Commercial Funding is presently working with the current owners if in ground and out of ground mineral reserves to provide financing leverage against these assets.

These assets include:
- Precious metals (Gold, platinum, copper, silver, etc)
- Energy (Oil, Gas, Coal, etc)
- Minerals or metals over $100/ton
- Producing and non producing assets
- Minerals or metals located in a secure location or bonded warehouse

All assets must be located in the continental US and must be fully owned by the asset owner. The following is a range of financing conditions:
Term: 3-5 years
Interest Rate: 9-12%
LTV: 5-25%

*Longer terms are available for assets in higher tiers. I/O options are available for projects as well.

- Executive Summary (1 page) - Proof of Ownership
- SCF Submission Form - Legal description of the asset (include BLM # etc.)
- Management Bios - Production Plans & Schedules
- Assay, engineering report & reserve report - Exit strategy for loan repayment (please include contracts)
- Use of Funds & Pro-forma Financials - Contracts or off-take agreements for mined product

NOTE: Reserve and appraisal reports should be 3 years old or newer if possible or with a affidavit indicating that there has been no activity since the last study.
