Lenn - That's a great photo of Bryant, you couldn't find a better guy to help one relocate to Florida.  And all I have to say about that fish is, "Wow!"

Lenn, if I move to Poinciana, or more than likely just visit, I'm hoping that Bryant will take me fishing and grill up a delicious seafood dinner for me and my wife.  What a great picture of Real Estate Broker and Fisherman Extraordinaire Bryant Tutas.  People looking to retire to Florida from the D.C. area should have no problem affording the moderately priced homes in that region.

Katerina.  We're trying something to capture some of the relocating buyers from MD and VA.

Jason.  Yep.  This photo is a true classic.

Brian.  I suspect that the buyer traffic in Florida is significantly better than here.

Lenn, this is terrific.  I've had great luck in the past with Florida promotions - not so much this year, with the warm winter.  I think those photos will be a big help in generating interest.

Fran.  Both.  The fish because he was going to be released and the man because he just does.

Teri.  I'm not expanding Homefinders.com.  I just did the Florida thing because I know Florida and it's a prime relocation for MD and VA retirees.

Sally.  Good for you.  Most folks here are looking for someplace a tad more affordable than Hawaii, but I'm sure there are some.

Well Bryant.  If someone will just contact me and I can just get them to you, I'm sure we can do some business.  If. . . . .

This is comical.  I just checked Google for "largemouth bass fishing poinciana"  Between you an me, we've got the top 4 spots.

Maybe we should go in the fishing guide business.

At least you didn't use the photo he used for his blog where the guy was sitting naked at his computer.   Not thinking that would help business much.  Good blog idea!

Bob.  Thanks.  If I thought I could make a living, I'd go there tomorrow.  Wonder what I could get for my house.  One thing for sure, that photo is incentive.

Desiree.  I bait my own hook too, although in my area Hellgrammites are a good Smallmouth Bass bait and I'm not too fond of putting one of them on the hook.  I went to artificials many years ago.  If I'm on a fishing trip where live bait is being used, I can handle anything.
