Active residential inventory in Port Townsend vs Sold inventory YTD

Port Townsend Washington is located on the Olympic Peninsula on the Northeast corner of the Olympic peninsula and sits within the rain shadow created by the Olympic Mountains. Port Townsend is on a peninsula of its own called Quimper Peninsula. As of Today february 19th, 2008 there are 92 active residential listings in the city limits. The average days on the market(dom) is 230 days. Sold YTD(year to date) is 6 homes wiith an average DOM of 355 days.
