Being so new a business to the Maritimes,I am finding it hard to convince Agents to suggest it to their potential clients. I can't understand why?

Don't Agents realize that a Stager is going to be the one to let Sellers know that:

-they need to tidy up

-paint

-declutter

-get rid of offensive smells

The Stager is not going to lose their listing.I am very careful to Honor the Homeowner & their belongings. I have experience in dealing with people & I use the Golden Rule of treating everyone the way I would like to be treated.

So people lets get on the band wagon! Stage those homes!

Hi Dianne, educating is definately the challenge.  I've been meeting with agents one on one to help build relationships and also offering to give them the tools to promote staging to their clients.  See my blog, I've described what I do.  Hang in, the concept will catch on like wild fire especially if you get a few agents who are looking for the competitive edge over the competition.
