What a neat idea of blogging your sold's this way. It is interesting what people do to their new purchases. Filling in the pool? WOW! Then there is that one in Lawrence that the buyers bought more than a half million dollar property and discovered it would be more expensive to remodel than to tear it down and start fresh. I wonder what people think about what my wife and I have done with homes we have been at.
