Working with first time home buyers is always a joy, it's even better when you get a
wonderful letter like this one;
In the dead of winter my daughter and I met Tanya Kulaga at
an open house. We explained that we were just getting started in the process
of looking for a house, explained our needs and that we were not "seasoned"
home buyers.
Tanya was extremely helpful. My daughter liked the house that was the
"open house" and she loved Tanya. She was ready to buy on the spot!!! Tanya
explained to my daughter and I that you should never buy the first house you look at
but should look at a large variety first. Over the next few weeks Tanya and my daughter
looked at many houses.
Tanya was a great teacher and explained to Jessica all the ups and downs
of each house. They narrowed the search down and then had my husband and I come
to look at their finds. Low and behold we purchased the first house that we looked at
(the open house)!!
Throughout the entire purchasing process Tanya remained the teacher and
friend. Clear thru our closing she was there to explain and to provide any assistance
that was needed. We believe that we were blessed when we found Tanya at the "open house".
We truly found a new "home" and a new friend in Lawrence!
