What's with the "IMPROVED"?  According to my MS WORD© Encarta Dictionary it means: in a better or more valuable condition.

We buy distressed foreclosure properties in the inner urban core of Kansas City and invest in the property to transform it into a better and more valuable place.  There's a lot of risk doing what we do, most people stay away from areas we work in.  Most people we deal with however just want to better themselves just like you and I do.  We try to provide that value for them.

We like to feel that we have an "IMPROVED" approach to the value we provide to the Neighborhoods we Improve, the Community we serve, the City we live in, and the people we help.  The most important thing we must do is IMPROVE peoples lives.  We do this by giving people who might not have the opportunity to BUY a home the ability to OWN a home over time and build GOOD credit through our RENT-TO-OWN, Lease/Option Purchase programs. 

IMPROVED...most RE Investors that do rehab projects don't provide the quality of value we invest into our properties.

IMPROVED...most Buyers and Tenants that tour our properties are IN AWE as to the high quality of finish without going over the top and outpricing the home for the area it is in.

IMPROVED...cash flow!

IMPROVED...no maintenance calls because EVERYTHING IS NEW!

IMPROVED...people want to live there.

IMPROVED...guaranteed! (1-year workmanship after purchase) if something breaks down after a year, we are still here!!! we aint goin nowhere.

More people should take an IMPROVED attitude to their Service.  They will get a lot more business.
