Virtual tours.... yeahhhyyy !!

Definitely showing what  we have,  gives us more  chances to get a potential client, now the question is how?

Well, having the capability to upload pictures in our websites is one of them. Now days people (clients) are falling in love with the Virtual Tours.

Why ? The answer is very simple, A virtual tour is going to give us a better perception of the property, a lot more details and best of all a better over view !!

To be honest with you guys I have no idea of how much you need to pay in order to hire a company for virtual tours, but a good way to start using this tool if our budget is a little short, it's to take our video camera, walk around the house ( slowly and without shaking your hands ) then edit that video and upload it on youtube.com for example. After you do this ( it's easier than what it seems ) just copy paste the link on your site and that's it, you already have the latest tool to show a property for FREE !!!

Give it a try and you will see how much your clients will appreciate this.

Best regards.

Custom 360 Tours - Gig Harbor, WA

I am a virtual tour photographer in the Gig Harbor, Washington, area, and I can tell you - virtual tours are becoming absolutely expected.  They are incredibly inexpensive - people actually tell me that I don't charge enough!  A virtual tour gives a buyer the ability to feel the layout of the home, and professional photography is definitely a huge help - I've noticed a lot of comments about wide angle lenses and I agree that this makes a huge difference.  I give still shots to the realtor for the MLS and they really appreciate it because I have an eye for what is appealing - and it's NOT a picture of the realtor in the bathroom mirror!

James, you can also upload to DotHomes. If you do your own filming, I would suggest using a stand rather than hand held. It helps create that professional look.
