Mike- do you use del.icio.us

I heard that this is a lot like technorati but can generate more traffic, but I admit that I am new to blogging (and to Active Rain, actually) so I haven't had much experience yet.  I've been told that del.icio.us is used much more frequently by young professionals.  We are located in Gainesville, Florida (near UF) and are and instead of selling homes (like most people on this site that I have spoken with), we specialize in gainesville rentals.  Because all of our rentals are near UF, we get a lot of traffic from students.  We haven't been attempting to build technorati nor delicious posts, but I think that's in our future, for our blog (but maybe not our site-- I can't imagine how to structure our site for articles such that we would generate much of that type of linking/traffic).  We don't host a blog on our site, and we found active rain because we were interested in developing a blog (and stumbled onto tips here).

Any tips you can give us would be great. I'll keep reading through your posts.  What I've read so far seems leaps and bounds over many of the other posts on here.
