Almost any type of business can benefit from having a referral strategy. Although there are some businesses it doesn't suit as well Real Estate is not one of them.
A Referral - based business is not about getting more customers its about getting more referrals from the customers you already have.
It is much easier to convince people who are already sold on you to give you more business then to convince someone one you don't know to do business with you.
So how do you keep the referrals coming? Here are some ideas I have implemented in the past:
1.Let your clients give family, friends and associates a gift from you. An offer to do business at a later date.
2. Just ask for a referral when people buy from you.
3. Give over the top awesome service so that your clients are raving fans.
4. Keep in touch with your customers every month via newsletters, blogging, coupons etc.....
5. Present a seminar or information night for your existing clients and have them bring along friends.
I am sure you can think of other ways to keep a client for life and keep the referrals coming.
