My buyer (client) just bought this great townhome at a great price!. Originally built by Pulte Homes in 2006, it looked like nobody lived here before!. The property featured: the largest backyard in the community, large master suite with vaulted ceilings, large garden tub in master with double vanity, walk-in closets, and a fireplace.
The seller's asking price was $150,000 but my buyer bought it for $140,000 with closing costs paid for $5,000 and kept the new refrigerator, new washer and new dryer. I was able to save my buyer $15,000 on his first home!
