ActiveRain Crossword Puzzle 070126 :: Go Ahead Have Some Fun

I couldn't resist.

We started the day with Aloha Shirt Friday and, well, that just put me in a really good mood. Even better than the really good mood I was already in. So, I thought I'd start something new:

Come on! It's a game! It's online. What more do you really need to know.

To the left is an image of today's puzzle. I guess you could print it out and do it old school. You'll need a small point pen and some really good eyes if you do. But you'll have more fun if you link right to it!

OH MAN! I HAVE TO PLAY RIGHT NOW!

If you all like it. I'll do a regular one and I'll make 'em harder. This one's a piece of cake.

Tomorrow I will be posting an ActiveRain Word Search. There is a method to my madness.

I liked it but I am stumped on 2 across. Darn. I usually do the Sunday NYT crossword with no problems. OK that is not entirely true.

Maureen, well, it's the most famous signature according to ME! Though I think many would agree. Think "cat" only bigger.

Ahhhh. Well, I wouldn't have gotten there with out the clue. So I guess I did not really win, but it was fun and clever!

As long as you had fun! Sometimes fun is it's own reward as well. :)

OK, I'm stuck on eiffel tower, time to draft..hhmmm..any hints?

LOL... these few comments are as much fun for me as the game!! The eifel tower is a reference to one member's profile photo, posing as if he's holding the eifel tower up. I thought that would be the toughest. As for "time to draft", no clue. Gonna let you stew on that one. :)

Turns out I need REAL glasses :)

TLW... you, of all people, should be able to do this puzzle!!! Now, remove head from wall and concentrate, let out a big 'ole ROAR (one of the answers) and go zen on it!

I love crosswords. I pictured myself in a side-career writing them but turns out its pretty hard, especially the symmetrical ones. You give me hope not to give up!

Oh come on Jeff - Merengue is fun! Rick and I have a blast doing the merengue. I'm sure you and Rocky would enjoy it.

The only kind of Merengue I like is on a lemon creme pie! :)

Oh No! Are you telling me your kids are not well behaved? The laundry room was staged!! Maybe he can help you stage the kids - he already staged Bryant.

Even if they are not behaved (which I doubt highly) - I have a fire extinguisher - plenty of band-aids - and lots of candy. Everything necessary to watch kids.
