I spoke to a representative from a major lender yesterday, and he said that his company is seeing the market at its bottom, and expects it to be turning the corner in the very near future.  I hope this is true.  Does anyone else on Active Rain have the same opinion, or do you think there are still more troubles to come??

Thanks,

Our phones started to ring (atypically) right after the new year.  Buyers.  New listings.  Showings.  More activity than we've seen in quite some time.

Just like Karen, we've seen an increase in activity as well.  Bankers tell me they're busier than they have been, our listings are being shown more often, and we're getting new buyers making offers.  Yes, I think the market has turned.  Lets enjoy this new revolution.

And our office located in the Lake Countyr of Georgia has started to hear more phones ringing in the last week than we did the entire month of January-yeah!-Our view point today is that more activity lends to more opportunities for good deals to come together!

I am from Coweta County in Georgia, I have just started to notice momentum building. However our sales from last year accross the board are down over 30%.  One thing for sure everything changes. Keep the faith!

I haven't seen it personally yet, but from what I've read on here...business.....at least 'activity" seems to be picking up..
