Units going for up to $650,000 to be ready in April

"WENATCHEE - The remodeling of Wenatchee's riverfront hits a milestone this spring when the first of a handful of large condo projects is ready.

Nine units at Riverwalk, a condominium complex next to Walla Walla Point Park, will be completed in April, said developer Randy Zielinski. The agent marketing the condos, which cost from $440,000 to $650,000 - said four are sold. The units are either 1,740 square feet or 2,150 square feet."
