Joe - you're welcome. Just a heads up, those were conforming rates. If you need me to send you non-conforming rates (jumbo) I'll be happy to do so. Hopefully in the coming months your state will start to see more of these conforming rates.

Bob - I don't know off the top of my head, I'll look into it and get back with you though.
