Start with curb appeal...If you can't get Mr & Mrs Buyer in the door you can't sell your home. Make the outside of your home look inviting...Make it so people can't wait to get inside. Buyers believe if the outside isn't neat and clean..the inside won't be either. Whether that is true or not. Repair, clean and paint your front door. Add a new welcome mat, and a welcome wreath. Perhaps some potted flowers & plants at the entry. Prune dead limbs from trees and cut back any winter over growth. Clean windows and repair screens if needed. Clean lawn furnitue. Mow and edge lawn and driveway. Keep it that way until sold. Get rid of all that old junk in the garage and in the yard. Check all your windows, doors and locks to be certain they are working smoothly. A little WD-40 does wonders. If you have a pool...Be sure it is 'Crystal Clear' Remember...Less is more!!!
