I very much enjoy working with "First Time Home Buyers" Educating them on the process of what you need to do to purchase a home. Explaining the difference betweenan appraisal and home inspection. It seems that many times "First Time Home Buyers" get these two services mixed up. Helping these folks find the right home is a joy and I would love to help anyone who is thinking about making a purchase or just have questions.

Hello, my husband and I are looking for a home to purchase. We have marks against us and may not even be able to buy. That is what we need to find out. We just need someone who is honest and up front to guide us through this process. We would appreciate and welcome any advise we can get. I thank you in advance for your time.
