THe median home price around the US grew 3% since Jan. 1, while others stand still as we try to avoid recession.
And there is also good news for the long-term, with continued high inventory and value pricing through the spring and early summer months.
Sales are always slow around an election but 2009 will see a slow and steady rise in home pricing.
