Real Estate Investing Class at UMKC

UMKCOnce again I will be teaching at UMKC on March 1 and the topic will be The Basics of Real Estate Investing.  If you are a neophyte trying to decide to whom you should listen to I would encourage you to come on out.

Bill - They have asked me to come in once a semester.  Now, this isn't UMKC proper.  It's their community outreach program.   I say that in the interest of full disclosure.  :)

Fran - My wife says I'm just not allowed to sleep with any co-eds.  So there go the perks.
