Sara - This is a lovely listing, too. Is Countrywide offering the 2% program throughout the country . . .or just in your area? I haven't heard of it to date.

As far as I know, it is a partnership between Beazer Homes and Countrywide in Charlotte to help Beazer sell its remaining spec and model homes.
