I just wanted to blog about the best ways you have used to find new buyers. Let's get creative and yet let's talk about fundamentals. Like listings are key so you have more properties to advertise. Then we need to think of where the buyers come from and how to know who is likely to buy and how do we find them before everyone else.
Share your favorite practices and we will have a nice list to freshen up our methods. Oh don't worry about giving up your secrets, most people won't follow through anyway :) 
Yeah I like internet stuff and yes it is hard to beat those open houses depending on the market.
I like the open houses and the internet. But you can get creative and have bbq's and other events where you can tap into your past clients for referrals. Lots of good stuff out there. 
Nothing fancy here, just talking to people in any way you can, everyone knows someone who is buying a home somewhere.
