I wanted to follow up on the seminar from Thursday of last week....
The turnout was not as many as we'd like, but the experience was very helpful. We're having one every other month and we have a few things that we'll do differently:
-CHANGE LOCATIONS! This location was at one of our smaller branches and was difficult to find. We may have it at a well known eatery in town that has conference areas available
-TRY A NEW TIME! We're going to try Saturday morning around 11:00 with a "BRUNCH" theme. This food can be supplied by the restaurant. We feel that some people may have been tired after work.
-SPREAD THE WORD! Each of our loan officers is going to inform their potential clients of the next seminar. Also, we are going to mail information to apartment homes. This is simple to do, as their addresses are public record.
We still managed to educated a group of people on home ownership and received some potential business out of it as well.
