Kevin Odiorne was a runner at Georgetown University and qualified to represent the United States in the half-marathon world championship. When asked, "What's the secret to running?" he would respond, "There is no secret. It is a simple formula."

"I run every day.
If it is cold, I run.
If it is hot, I run.
If it is raining, I run.
If I don't want to run, I run.
I run every day."

This is very simple and very true formula for success, do what you have to whether you feel like it or not. EVERYDAY! This is what makes the difference and this is what defines professionals not only in business but in every area of your life.

Great inspirational words Sonja! I used to run quite a bit and have switched over to swimming....it's reallllly hard to get motivated to do that in the winter time even if its at an indoor pool! I needed that quote, thanks!
