As I'm sure you know, the best way to keep up with the maintenance of your home is to chip away at it by doing a little bit each month.  Everyone knows that it is easier said than done, especially since so many of us have such hectic schedules. So, when you read the article from weather.com titled HOME MAINTENANCE TASKS: FEBRUARY, make a conscious effort to get these tasks accomplished before March 1st. 

As I tell my sellers, it's much less stressful to put a home on the market that has been maintained over the years.  Get in the habit of maintaining and you'll have less repairing to do when it's time to sell. If you don't keep up with the maintenance of your home while you live in it, $YOU'LL PAY FOR IT$ when you decide it's time to sell!
