In Utah we are still experiencing a good market. Consumer faith has dropped, but the prices haven't.

The volume increased from last year, same with the list price and the sold price. Days on the market increased to 7- 12 days more. That seems to be the only change.  This is not a very good indicator for higher end homes. I can do a different statistic for that.
