As I have only completed my course to begin to take my exam to obtain my license, I endeavor to set out on a journey to discover the "P.R." (producing results) in the industry.  As a seasoned and/or successful Real Estate Professional, I seek your story of "what actually works" in the real estate industry.

Hi Rhonda and welcome to the business!  This is my third year in Real Estate and I have found that you really need to choose where to spend your marketing money wisely.  Don't waste too much time on print ads because they don't work - when people are investing hundreds of thousands of dollars they want to be sure they can trust and count on the person they are working with.  People will ask their friends and family who to work with so I really suggest you market to your friends and family first.  The knowledge of the business comes so just keep working hard, don't wait for leads, get your face out there, and shadow the successful people in your office every chance you get to absorb more knowledge!!
