I purchased the professional version of WebCEO a month or so ago. After using it the past month, I will have to say this was money well spent. I have it set to update once every few days. I can track all history of my site including keywords, position in google, msn, yahoo, etc. as well as positions of my competitors, what keywords they are using, what inbound links they have, just tons and tons of good information.
You can actually download a free copy that has a lot of good content, the pro version is even better.
