Another year...another Hawaii Century 21 Awards Banquet. It really is a nice annual event to show all the Century 21 offices in Hawaii that no matter what....we strive to keep our Hawaii Real Estate Industry and Market booming!

I got there at 9am to help Leona Soto, Broker in Charge of our office, Century 21 Liberty Homes set up. I made all the table placards and helped with sign ins. Leona ran around putting all the signs up and the rest of her elected and assigned duties for setting up this event.

Leona Soto, Broker in Charge, and Douglas Fortner, Principle Broker, of Century 21 Liberty Homes eating, contemplating and enjoying the event and listening and watching of the awards given for last years production.

Ronnie Margolis, who flew over from Kapaa, Kauai and with the  Century 21 All Islands there happens to be an ActiveRain Member as well! So of course that was an additional treat to have met yet one more ActiveRain member....who understands the blogging and the wonderful marketing it brings to our business!

Ron also won the "Century 21 Centurion Award"!

Left to Right: Randy Prothero, "Sally" Cheeseman and Ronnie Margolis.

Pacific Regional VP, Robert Popp presents Century 21 Liberty Homes agent, JoAnn Foulkes with the Emerald Award!

JoAnn also signed up for ActiveRain and has a profile but she was soooo busy that she is going to write a post ....shortly. :)

Three Century 21 Liberty Homes agents. They ALL signed up for ActiveRain and need a little nudge.

Left to right.

Elaine Evans, Grace Bacnis (actually, she's written a couple of posts so go visit her!) and Ruth Salausa.

It turned out to be a wonderful event with good food and Century 21 professionals from a few of our islands present at this annual awards banquet.

Sally- I knew when I saw Ronnie and Randy had posted on this that you would have some different pictures, and you do :)  Nice, but sounds like a lot of work for you and the Broker to set-it all up......I 'm not sure what would be worse, setting up or taking down :)  Anyway, glad you enjoyed it.

Sally keep after all those Century 21 members that have not become active yet, like you suggested a little nudge is all they need some times.

Is Randy still losing weight? I read in one of his previous posts that he had lost a lot of weight. But we rarely get to see anything but his head shot. He looks even thinner now.
