Fred, I enjoy seeing the maps...and your DOM seem to be much shorter then other's I've seen in Activerain.

Hi Carol...The aerial photo of Fairfield in Victoria is provided my our Local Government, It's a great tool for people to see a location of a home. We can Zoom in with just one house.

This Summer we're getting Microsoft maps which will allow us to show a birds eye view of home...kind of like a virtual tour, we'll be able to view all around a property from above. Microsoft flow over Victoria last Summer to collect their photos for their mapping system for us.

Do You have this option available with your Real Estate Board?

Fred- Again, I like the aerials, they give depth to the area. Great market updates.

Carole, Fred's market is still really hot. It is a lot different in Canada than in the States as far as markets go.

Our housing inventory is building, but so are real estate prices in Victoria, no sign of our house market changing, maybe slowing a bit, growth is projected to be around 4 to 5 % in 2008.
