Thanks active rainers for your comments and prayers on fellow realtor DJ and my brother. He is undergoing spinal and neck surgery today... right now. So I suspect I will have no fingernails left by the end of the day. I wanted to thank you for your touching remarks and the knowledge that your praying for him...

We take so much for granted, don't we? I am at the tail end of pneumonia and I can't believe how nice it is to breath... and yet we do it automatically...yet when it is taken from you and your stuggle you really get in touch with how much we take for granted. Now my brother hopes for the freedom of movement ... and yet we take that for granted too...

What ever happens... he will be fine... he is an optimistic guy and will face his challenge with a glass half full mentality... thanks Rainers... for your support

Thanks for your comments all... I spoke to my brother after surgery and the news is good. We are waiting to hear from the Doctors...4 days for the swelling to go down...will keep you posted...thanks for your prayers...
