As of today February 22, 2008The Daytona Area Assocation of REALTORS MLS has 6,665 active residential real estate listings..
In January 1362 came up on the market...funny thing from February 1 thru today only 761 new active residential listings.
This number would include:Condo's, condotels, single family, land value, single family attached and manufactured housing
In January... 204 listings went pending...but the upside 1680 seller's decided to adjust the price. While the month of January had 526 expired listings...74 went back on the market...
Still fewer listings than in most months in 2007.
While in December of 2007....198 lucky homeowners went pending...is the market getting better? Its seems so...with 204 Listings Pending in January of 2008. So what does that tell you?
