I am pretty excited to be referring my first potential buyer to another agent in the AR community.
This buyer contacted me via my web-site. I gave her a call to find out she isn't even interested in my area of

Tennessee, but she is wanting to buy in the Nashville, TN area. Too bad because this is the kind of buyer I am really interested in. $260,000 - $400,000 and already qualified!!!!
These are exciting times for me. Rebuilding my real estate business after moving cross country, interest rates so low that buyers are coming from all angles, getting and now giving referrals.
I love this business and I love the idea of referring buyers and sellers to an AR member!
Have a Fabulous Real Estate Day!!!
UPDATE: Wow, There are a lot of Nashville agents who would like referrals. I think I received about 25-30 emails and only 5 agents actually took the time to pick up the phone to call.
I had plans to give the referral to the first agent that picked up the phone and called me, because if you have kept up with my blog, you know that I am all for pro-active real estate practices.
Anyway, I asked that agent to send me a referral agreement and the referral is hers. I told her it was because she called that she was the one who would get the referral. She told me how happy she was that she called me and would send me her referral form to me later in the afternoon.
9:15 pm I see I still didn't receive her referral and still today, no emails or phone calls.
9:20 pm I called the second agent who called me, he sent me his referral form with in minutes and now my buyer has a Real Estate Professional to assist in the purchase of a house. Yeah.
I just have to wonder, what happened to the agent who was the quickest to call me and excited to receive this qualified referral? Maybe she is just too busy.
Well congrats on all the enthusiasm! It's good to hear your excitement. Your post is as happy as your picture. Keep up the good work.
